A law firm who I have worked with for over 5 years are currently in the market looking for a new HR Advisor. Myself and the team have placed the majority of the team, including the Head of HR, HR Assistant, L&D Manager and the Graduate Recruitment Manager - so it is fair to say we know their team well!
This role is a truly generalist position and will allow you to partner closely with the entire firm and act as first point of contact for any policy and parental leave queries. The HR team are hugely well-respected within the firm and, alongside the Head of HR and HR Manager, you will also be supporting on additional projects including the development review and employee engagement.
The HR team have a great track record of developing their employees so you can expect a successful future within this firm. They also care immensely about diversity and charity and you will be required to act as an advocate for these additional responsibilities.
HR experience is, naturally, a requirement however the firm are open as to which level we appoint. You could either be working as an HR Advisor currently, or you could also be working as an HR Assistant and be looking for your first step into an HR Advisor role.
Your experience in legal HR will be a major benefit to my client and will allow you to effortlessly build credibility within the firm.
We are looking to shortlist this week and first stage interviews will take place w/c 18th February.
