The Role
The Recruitment Coordinator is a key member of the team, responsible for all aspects of coordination and administration activity for the end-to-end hiring process. You will be a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers during the sourcing and assessment process.
Responsibilities as Recruitment Coordinator
Uploading and amending job descriptions to the CityFibre.com and other websites/ job boards
Issuing jobs out to agencies from the system
Deal with ad hoc manager and agency queries around open roles, new vacancies, roles awaiting approval
Maintaining and managing data within the recruitment system
Maintaining and owning the recruitment tracker - including all new/open vacancies, offers and starters
Providing data and reports on vacancies and offers
Support managers and recruiters with arranging interviews
Collate data and prepare for weekly Resource Committee, which approves all new vacancies and internal role/salary changes
Receiving agency invoices, and raising purchase orders for approval - ensuring accurate tracking
Managing documentation filing and ensuring all candidate material is compliant with GDPR
Assisting team members with report production/analysis, data collection and management
Other ad hoc administrative duties within HR
For the role of Recruitment Coordinator, the ideal candidate will have:
* Previous administration/coordination/scheduling experience - essential
* Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
* High standards of work with good attention to detail
* Flexible and adaptable to change
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong technical aptitude with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience as a recruiter/recruitment coordinator or HR coordinator a MUST
