One of LMA's clients, one of the world's largest law firms are in the search for a Digital Learning and Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Learning and Development Professional to step into a role that will allow them to drive and take lead of digital learning in a very successful and forward thinking Legal firm.

Due to the this firm having multiple locations across the country my client are open to this role being located either in the northern regions as they have offices in Leeds, Sheffield and Manchester or within London. Due to the nature of the role they are also open to flexible working with the option to work from home majority of the week being allowed.

As learning and Development manager you will be required to work closely with colleagues within the L&D, Talent and Performance, D&I and wider HR team to identify opportunities to digitalise learning and relevant people processes. You will have to be strong at stakeholder management to work towards understanding business needs. You must possess high digital experience and where you have created and implanted this within a L&D role, you must also be able to design, develop and deliver digital learning.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of this, and have proven experience of project management capabilities with cross functional experience. You must have previous experience of working on a global scale with a strong level of commercial awareness.

This role is a permanent role, looking to pay up to £58,000 with additional benefits.
