Your new role
As a permanent HR Manager, you will report to the MD and will be responsible for implementing the HR strategy, implementing employee engagement initiatives, working on HR projects to improve employee retention. You will also be responsible for all hands-on operational duties including managing all ER issues from end-end, managing the end-end recruitment and selection process and delivering training on all HR best practice.This is a true generalist, stand alone HR role, where you can make a difference and see HR duties through from end-end.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR Manager, experience in a stand alone role would be advantageous. You will ideally have experience within a manufacturing, logistics, distribution or similar environment.
