An immediate start for an experienced HR Officer in Chesterfield for an interim 3 month contract
Your new company
You will be working for an established company based in Chesterfield, they operate within the service sector and have an excellent reputation as a company to work for. They truly value their staff and have recently gone through a company merger making them an even stronger organisation.
Your new role
This role is initially a three month contract while the company decide their needs on a permanent basis. You must be available at short notice and be able to commit to a three month contract. In this role you will provide generalist HR support, advice and guidance to managers on a range of HR issues. You will review and update HR policies and procedures, support recruitment and selection and build close working relationships with specific teams and stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have worked previously in a strong HR generalist role, have excellent people manager skills and ideally have a CIPD qualification. You must have supported on ER case work previously.
