Are you an immediately available HR Advisor and ready for your next HR challenge?
I am working with a fantastic education organisation in central London, in their search for an interim HR Advisor.
This will be for 6 months, paying the annual equivalent of £34-38,000.
You will be tasked with managing all ER cases, which will include performance reviews, sicknesses, absences, probation reviews, flexible working requests, and also maternity/paternity requests. This will allow you to build on your current experience and exposure to ER and have the autonomy to manage your cases under minimal supervision. It is therefore essential that you have experience in this area.
You will be working closely with senior managers and the HR team on disciplinaries and grievances. You will also be managing the onboarding process for all new starters and ensure all pre-employment checks are carried out. This will give you the opportunity to ensure a positive candidate experience and demonstrate your attention to detail.
You will also be the ambassador for best practice and HR legislation, allowing you to take ownership of all policies and procedures for the organisation.
This is a really broad and varied role, allowing you to interact with different stakeholders and be part of executive HR decisions.
