HR Services Team Leader
As a HR Service Team Leader you will help support the Head of HR Shared Services with the operational performance of the shared services function.
As a team leader you will manage a team of HR Administrators and deliver high quality service to employees and managers.
Your Responsibilities will include.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the organisation.
Ensure that you are viewed as a core past of the client facing team as well as the shared service centre.
Lead and motivate a team of HR Administrators and ensure that they are delivering an excellent service. Coaching and develop the team and have regular 121 meetings with the team.
Identify and develop opportunities for the HR Administrators in your team.
Plan and manage workflow and case management allocation across the team.
Manage the case management system to ensure cases meet the agreed service standards, records are up to date, responses are accurate in line with company processes.
Monitor audit reports and ensure all data in the system is accurate.
Support the team with complex cases and queries.
Experience in working in a shared service environment.
Team management is essential.
Exposure of working in a large matrix managed organisation is desirable.
