Senior Delivery Analyst- Pricing Catalyst- London- £60,000

I am working exclusively on behalf of one of the most prestigious global consultancies searching for an exceptional Senior Delivery Analyst to be part of their newly created product business unit, concentrating on their flagship product.

Pricing Catalyst is a cloud-based solution that provides data ingestion, cleaning, analysis/optimisation and visualisation to support data-driven pricing decisions. The product serves as a tool through which users can perform big data analytics, simulate scenarios and see the effects on various Key Performance Indicators.

The global business unit is an integral part of the firm's strategy to develop a new digital client service offering in order to deliver superior value and sustained impact to their clients. The unit has responsibilities for full-life cycle of their proprietary data and software assets, from initial business case to roadmap delivery, launch, and ongoing support operations. All of their core product capabilities are housed within the business unit including product management, design, development, support and data analytics experts who work in deep collaboration with their practice areas, clients and consulting teams. This team of highly motivated and insightful colleagues will provide an opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial, start-up environment supported by a global management consulting firm which is the world's leading advisor on business strategy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Hands on client advisor- oversees the overall client delivery program, drive adoption and ensure their clients realise the value added by the product
  • Act as the main point of contact to the client throughout delivery. Have the ability to manage complex client situations and lead resolution towards mutual success and partnerships
  • Work together with the case team and their clients to understand client's processes, business requirements, and data structure/challenges
  • Identify required changes in clients business processes and support process change management
  • Predominantly client facing with expectation of up to 50% travel

Basic Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business management, engineering, mathematics or other related field- advanced degree preferred
  • 2+ years in a software product delivery & implementation
  • Experience in software product delivery and implementation
  • Experience in digital/date driven pricing and/or analytics related work, data management, end user training on data management/ insights generation from data/ software applications, end user support or related activities
  • Advanced database development skills using MS SQL Server
  • Development of data ETL (extract, transform and load) scripts in language such as SQL, Python, R, Java Script, Alteryx
