Reward Business Partner
Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting for a major brand based in Hampshire for a Reward Business Partner. The client is planning on moving their office to Berkshire towards the end of this month and therefore the successful candidate will need to be able to work in both locations in the interim. This role will be reporting directly into the Head of Compensation, acting as the reward business partner for two of their major divisions, whilst leading on Compensation matters across the company. Your role will be crucial in the development and delivery of reward programmes including the management of the annual salary review process, job family projects etc. You will take a lead on managing external relationships with vendors as well as ensure the appropriate benchmarking and data is provided to the business. This role will be a very visible role in the business and therefore solid stakeholder management and communication skills are required. Our client is looking for the successful candidate to take a leadership role in the team to help develop the more junior members. The client will be investing in this individual with a clear career path in mind to progress in the business. The successful candidate will ideally have experience of Willis Towers Watson (not essential) and also a proven track record of reward business partnering previously.
