Head of Share Plans and Deferred Compensation

Oakleaf Partnership are representing one of the most recognised listed brands in the world, recruiting for a share plans a deferred compensation specialist to lead a global function. You will be responsible for the design and execution of all share and cash based plans.

Reporting directly into the Head of Reward, you will have the responsibility of manging the global share plan's function, with responsibility of managing a team of 6. Your responsibilities will include the plan administration, communication surrounding the schemes as well as the ownership of external stakeholder relationships and working with third party suppliers. You will be working closely with the Executive Compensation team to support on complex casework as well as ensuring compliance surrounding this area when acquiring new businesses. You will be working with Performance share plans, LTIPs, GESPPs, ShareSave and cash based deferred plans.

This is a truly global role and therefore some international travel may be required.
