This is a crucial position within the business, with sole responsibility for the Managing Director of the UK business. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a similar capacity with strong knowledge of travel management, diary management and impeccable organisational skills.

Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary management of appointments and meetings

  • Support meetings and company events. This will include preparation of any relevant documentation, obtaining and preparing briefing materials/presentations/agendas/refreshments

  • Take minutes at relevant meetings

  • Manage incoming and outgoing post

  • Arrange travel and accommodation

  • Process expenses in a timely and accurate manner

  • Meet and greet visitors

  • Organise lunches and or refreshments when necessary

  • Collate and co-ordinate relevant reports and or documents

  • Line management of up to two Administrators

  • Adhoc project support

  • Undertaking any other duties as may be reasonably required

Profile

Experienced Required



* Previous experience as a PA or EA





* Strong organisational skills





* Excellent attention to detail





* Strong communication skills - written and verbal





* Ability to multitask





* Ability to use initiative





* Ability to work individually and as part of a team







Knowledge



* Computer skills and knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint





* Appropriate level of data protection as well as confidentiality awareness
