Description
The successful HR Shared Services Team Leader will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a team of 4 HR Assistants within the Shared Services team
- For ensuring that all HR administration and administration processes are correct
- Being the main point of contact for the team and the wider business
- Ensuring that the team is motivated and performing
Profile
The successful HR Shared Services Team Leader will have:
- Previously line managed and lead a HR team
- Have a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures
- Worked within a multisite organisation
- Excellent communication skills
Job Offer
The successful candidate can expect to receive a salary up to £40,000 for a 10 month FTC.
