Annapurna Recruitment is partnering with a luxury retail business based in Central London to recruit a Payroll and Benefits Officer.
As a HR and Payroll Officer you will be responsible for processing the payroll in a timely and effective manner and also will be responsible for HR Administration with in the team.
You will need to have used ADP previously and also worked in a stand alone payroll and benefits environment.
Manage post payroll queries, and actively respond to employee queries.
Manage HR Processes effectively e.g process starters, leavers and other employee records.
Support with any employee relations administration and general HR queries.
Benefits implementation and administration, e.g pension, health insurance.
Support with employee relations & policy review
Support with the annual labour budget & merit process
Issue employee letters and references
Ensure GDPR and HR policy compliance
Support with improving HR process efficiency
Support with ad-hoc HR projects
ADP - Essential.
Payroll experience is essential.
Strong HR administration is beneficial.
