HR Business Partner - French Speaking
A global financial services organisation based in the city of London is looking for a French speaking accomplished HR Manager to join the HR team.
Reporting in to the HR Director, you will be responsible for partnering will client groups spread across the continent (France, Germany, Holland etc). You will also support a number of client groups based in the London office (circa 300 employees across your combined client groups). As part of a HR team of 10, you will operate in a strategic and operational HR Business Partner role covering everything from; Managing ER & Policy related work, managing annual HR processes (comp, performance management, hiring), driving talent & development and managing HR projects.
You will be an accomplished HR Business Partner operating in another insurance and/or financial services organisation. Strong European employment law / client group experience required (in particular France/ Germany would be beneficial). Degree and / or CIPD preferred.
