Description

Duties:



To work as part of a team providing administrative support

Carry out careful and considered diary management.

To provide an effective and efficient reception and telephone service with the highest standards in customer service.

Offer knowledgeable advice to members of the public and prospective clients regarding the services offered.

Preparation, filing and management of all paperwork and forms.

Maintain presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the reception area

Carry out any necessary errands required by the business.

Profile

You will:



Have worked on Reception in a professional services firm previously

Have operated a switchboard

Offer first class customer service and be really professional
