Reward Project Manager
Portfolio HR & Reward are currently working with a leading Charity based in South East London, who are seeking an experienced Reward Project Manager on a FTC until August 2019.
As a Reward Project Manager, you'll be managing the implementation of a project following a review of pay and benefits across the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland to modernise the reward offering.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Managing a full scale reward project plan that articulates the scope, goals and key deliverables for the project to ensure that the project remains on time and on budget
- To working closely with the Head of Reward, the team and other stakeholders on all aspect of the project plan to ensure the key deliverables are met and risks monitored
- Assist with developing HR systems and analytics to meet pay and remuneration requirements
- To work in partnership with the HR to ensure that reward and benefits are managed with integrity and in accordance with HR best practice and relevant legislation
To be successful as a Reward Project Manager you'll need experience in project management within a large reward or benefits programme and be able to work within tight deadlines.
Not for profit sector experience is desirable but not essential.
