We are seeking an experienced HR / Change manager for an exciting new role for our client in Coventry.

The individual we seek will be a strong change leader, someone who can demonstrate strong skills and experience within organisational change and engagement projects. We seek a candidate who has driven talent management within the business, and succession, someone who has managed change projects, and has experienced in developing engagement initiatives.
