Your new role
Your new job will entail 1st line HR support and advising on queries relating to employee relations, sickness and more. You will be overseeing a caseload, supported by your fellow advisors and HR manager. You will oversee end-to-end recruitment, liaise with agencies and look after the HR system and any ad hoc duties.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be an experience HR Advisor qualified or working towards their CIPD Level 5, able to hit the ground running in a multi-site, fast paced setting. You will confident in your execution of investigations, disciplinaries and other employee relations issues. You will be overseeing recruitment, induction and providing 1st line HR support to the wider organisation across all sites.
