Your new role
Your new role will be to support with the full employee lifecycle for all employees within the organisation. You will get involved with the recruitment and selection process supporting with the onboarding and development of new starters. To manage and maintain relationships with trade union representatives and to help and support in disciplinaries and grievance cases, guiding line manager through to make a conclusion. To build relationships and support with employee engagement and to support with the organisations benefits package. You will manage the HR system and help the process of the payroll function.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR generalist with a preferred background within a manufacturing organisation. To have vast experience with HR systems and to be able to run a payroll process.
