HR Business Partner

I am currently partnering with a fantastic 'values' led organisation who are a global Real Estate Investor and Manager and are currently looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to provide HR support across their European businesses.

As the HR Business Partner you will help contribute to the businesses unique culture of success and act a true partner and adviser to the business. This is a broad HR role where you will gain significant exposure across the entire employee lifecycle. You will work as part of small, collaborative, fun and forward-thinking HR team in London where you will be given autonomy and significant projects exposure to make a real difference.

The environment is fast-paced, hands-on and so you will need significant HR Business Partnering experience which has preferably been gained across a Professional or Financial Services environment. You will be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills and will have an outstanding attention to detail.

Fluency in German, Polish or French is also hugely desirable but not essential.
