Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Oakleaf Partnership are pleased to be working with a leading, US property investment firm based in the City of London. They are looking to bring on board a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the team on a 3 month FTC.

This person will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Supporting the recruitment strategy including talent attraction, application workflow, CV and telephone screening, preparing shortlists and candidate summaries and supporting the interview process.

Maintaining the ATS and other recruitment and selection records

Drafting, reviewing and placeing advertisements on careers website and job boards

Performing administrative support responsibilities including interview scheduling, candidate communication and monitoring team reports.

Sourceing qualified candidates from a variety of channels, including contacting leads from social networks, online tools, job boards, referrals and database sourcing.

Proactively communicating with candidates and other stakeholders on a regular basis to build strong partnerships and provide a quality candidate experience.

Participating in talent initiatives and performing other duties and/or projects within the team as assigned.

The successful candidate will ideally be/have:

Experience in a similar position in providing administrative assistance within a high volume, professional and confidential environment.

Experience in recruitment, including the ability to manage candidates and provide feedback.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships.

Strong written communication skills and a high level of attention to detail

Excellent organisation skills, including the ability to prioritise workload and show good judgment under pressure.

Experience and/or interest in working in Human Resources and to learn and progress.

Experience in using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
