The role is a pivotal part of the HR team and will be involved in a number of initiatives that offer the scope for development within the organisation.

Description

The role of the Reward and Data Analyst will to be to oversee the processes that deliver the pay, benefits, recognition & bonus programmes, and to ensure we are offering our employees globally comparable benefits to those of the wider industry. A key part of our retention scheme, this function will expand its remit as our company continues to grow.

Key responsibilities of the Reward and Data Analyst:

  • Support with the delivery and employee engagement of key employee reward/benefit offerings, ensuring front end service delivery is fit for purpose and adds value
  • Maintenance of pay governance processes including the provision of salary benchmarking, bonus/retention schemes, compliance and support with the annual salary review process, and related employee communications.
  • Support the SVP Reward & People Services in managing global programmes and ensuring consistency of offerings/approach across the group
  • Overall responsibility for the Job Levelling programme for role banding within the company
  • Jointly responsible for key legislative changes, such as pension auto enrolment - in conjunction with the HR and Payroll advisors/heads
  • Acting as company liaison with our Pensions provider - overseeing the relationship and monitoring performance
  • Managing the collation of benefit taxation requirements - i.e. P11D submission
  • Identification of process enhancements for existing benefits and recognition schemes, to drive improvement in employee engagement, process efficiency and minimise manual processes
  • Delivery of policy updates relating to benefits changes
  • Contribute to the annual HR budgeting process - monitoring Reward/Benefits spend and logging requirements
  • Create and maintain a strong relationship with stakeholders and other Heads of HR/Specialists within the wider company in order to obtain constructive feedback from the business to ensure all main activities are regularly reviewed and updated accordingly
  • Overseeing the provision of MI and operational data for employee recognition schemes, annual provision to external benchmark providers and for statutory compliance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with 3rd party suppliers - driving competitive rates/terms for areas such as PMI, travel insurance, dental and employee purchasing schemes
  • Own the relationship with the 3rd party provider of the company's Advantage reward portal
  • Maintain data, along with the HRIS manager to create consistent and accurate reporting across the business.
  • Assist with any project related tasks
  • Carry out any other reasonable requests as required

Profile

Skills and Background of the Reward and Data Analyst:

  • Background and a strong interest/passion in Reward/Benefits, gained in a similar sized organisation
  • Strong interpersonal skills - a confident individual who can communicate in a professional manner to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Global exposure desirable (APAC, EMEA in particular)
  • An ambitious individual with a flexible approach to work
  • An individual with relationship management exposure and proven ability to influence senior individuals
  • An adaptable individual with strong organisational skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Up to date knowledge of external reward developments
  • Strong internal customer service ethos
  • A proficient/advanced user of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft packages
  • Ability to manage a complex workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment
