Talent Acquisition Advisor

Oakleaf Partnership are pleased to be working with a leading law firm based in the City of London, who are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the team on a 6 month fixed term contract basis. This person will be responsible for a portfolio of business services and/or fee-earner related UK vacancies with some involvement with international requirements.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Taking vacancy details from hiring managers and preparing details for role profiles and advertising.

Sourcing candidates via direct sourcing methods such as LinkedIn.

Liaising with preferred recruitment suppliers as well as ad-hoc recruitment agencies ensuring terms agreed where necessary.

Lead agency briefing meetings.

Working with the Recruitment Administrator to ensure consistent candidate management and on-boarding.

Supporting the client through the candidate selection process.

Conducting telephone and face to face interviews for fee-earner roles and providing interview skills guidance where necessary.

Liasing with HR Business Partners during the offer process

Building and maintaining internal and external relationships.

Liaising with the business and candidates re. start dates and induction process for client groups.

Assisting with ad-hoc projects.

Running MI reports as required

Supporting other Recruitment Advisors with other vacancies when required.

The succesful candidate will ideally be/have:

Experience of working within a HR/recruitment environment in a professional services organisation, ideally within a law firm.

Direct sourcing experience.

Interviewing experience

Good understanding and experience of key legal requirements relating to legislation

Strong organisational, communication and influencing skills.

Capacity to establish professional credibility quickly.

Maintain a client focus and have good project management skills

PC literate. Use of an online applicant tracking system preferred.
