Annapurna Recruitment is partnering with a Global Media business based in London that is recruiting a Global HR Process Improvement Lead.

The Global HR Process Improvement Lead will be responsible for the development of the HR operations function through HR process improvements and reorganisation of the target operating model.

Our client is looking for a proficient HR Operational excellence professional that has experience in driving HR process improvement. The Global Process Improvement Lead will have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to create and build professional relationships across the business.

In addition to having proven capabilities of working within a multi-national organisation, the ideal candidate for this role will be a motivated individual that has experience in managing a team and who can bring together strategies and functionality to ensure success.


Workday - Desirable.

Strong process mapping skills is essential.

Lead methodolgy is essential

Six sigma qualification is desirable.
