Group HR Business Partner - Global Projects - Organisational Effectiveness
FTSE 100 in the publishing market with London HQ is hiring a Group based HR BP with substantial project management and change management experience.
The purpose of this role is to lead influential global HR projects to improve organisational effectiveness. You will report to the Chief HR Officer and work as a member of the global HR leadership team to design and deliver the talent strategy as well as define and deliver the global HR projects to be led by this role. You will likely look at projects in relation to workforce demographics, early talent hiring and development strategies, retention approaches and key employment communities and ultimately develop a high performing culture.
The CHRO is looking for an ambitious, influential HR Business Partner with experience in managing people based projects and broad change initiatives in commercial environment. Furthermore, you will likely also have proven experience in preparing and managing the communication and engagement strategies that underpin these projects. You will be able to work collaboratively with HR Leads, CoE and stakeholders at all levels in an organisation and lead project teams, made up of both HR and business based professionals.
Remuneration includes a base salary of c£70,000, with potential flex, and bonus and excellent benefits package.
