One of our favourite clients is currently looking for an experienced and capable Graduate Recruitment Advisor to join their team. You will be reporting directly to the Graduate Recruitment Manager with the ability to gain global reach and to gain excellent experience with a high-performing team.

You will need to have experience of managing at least two graduate cycles as you will be looking after both the vacation schemes and assessment centres end to end. As a result, you will also be expected to organise budgets, design and deliver workshops and evaluate their effectiveness. You must be highly organised and able to re-prioritise when needed due to the high volume of applicants and vacation schemes. Due to the collaborative nature of the firm you will need to be able to confidently communicate with stakeholders of all levels. Our client is ideally looking for someone who has worked in the legal sector previously.

This role is paying up to 40K depending on experience, with generous holiday allowance.
