We are supporting a superb business in search of a permanent HR Coordinator to join a busy, fast paced HR team. The role offers invaluable coaching/mentoring and exposure to some key challenges within any commercial HR department. Ideally the successful candidate will offer a minimum of 2 years experience in a junior HR role and have a keen interest in gaining CIPD qualifications.
Supporting a busy team of HR Business Partners with HR clerical support.
Advising and providing guidance to employees with queries around maternity/paternity leave requests, annual holiday entitlement, 1st line ER advisor along with keeping the employment database up to date.
Dealing with the on boarding process and pre employment checks.
Providing ad hoc support to the HR Business Partners with project work, policy development and recruitment.
