Job Details
An exciting role is now available for a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist within a global Financial Services business based in the City of London.
The role will be working with the HR Director, HR Business Partners, HR colleagues and senior stakeholders within the business to develop, deliver, and embed the Diversity programme, ensuring alignment with global diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing goals.
Areas of focus for diversity and inclusion include but are not limited to: gender, gender identity, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, social mobility, working families, and age.
We are looking for ambitious and driven candidates that have previous backgrounds in Diversity and can bring a fresh approach and ideas to the table.
Requirements:
- Graduate with proven experience in the D&I space.
- Financial or Professional Services experience
- Experience in creating and delivering HR/D&I projects, including change programmes;
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ideally Professional Services background.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Creating and managing communication strategies (with help of others)
- Proficient IT skills - Microsoft Project skills, Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Results oriented and able to drive change
