A very reputable and successful Consultancy business requires the expertise of a HR Generalist. You will provide expert advice and guidance to a range of clients. This role will be both operationally and strategiccally focussed that will be supporting on some very interesting HR projects.
You will need to have experience across the full remit of HR:
Restructures, recruitment and selection, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, right to work, immigration issues, preparing/updating documentation in line with statutory legislation (contracts, policies and procedures, letters, etc.), redundancies and TUPE transfers.
You will have excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders. Thsi will allow you to understand their business and its needs moving forward. In turn giving you the platform to proactively guide and advise on "value add" HR solutions.
