Oakleaf Partnership are working with a major brand based in Central London who are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the EMEA Head of HR, your responsibilities will include:

Directing and navigating the business through the Compensation and Benefit processes

Ensuring that existing Reward processes are as efficient and streamlined as possible

Producing and manipulating the data required for the annual salary review, job evaluation and benchmarking processes

Renewing benefit renewals, enrolling staff into schemes and reflecting this on SAP

The ideal candidate will have:

Prior experience in a Total Reward role

Experience in dealing with senior management across Europe and the US

Demonstrated ability to prepare and present materials in a clear and concise manner providing experiential value

Ideally, but not mandatory, the candidate would have used SAP and have had experience in payroll reconciliation
