Job Details
You will be joining a global business based in Cambridge who operate in over 50 countries around the world who foster a responsible, innovative and collaborative culture.
Projects will include -
Rolling out a talent and succession planning process across the organisation
Identifying talent, approach to communication, support for managers and utilising talent pools
Supporting on change projects which support performance and talent management
Working in partnership with the other HR Business Partners and L&D team.
This is an exciting time to join the business as they are going through a period of transformational change.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and ideally CIPD qualified. You will be able to manage change projects, have strong data analysis and project management skills.
Experienced in delivering key strategic change initiatives, ideally in a global context as well as being able to deliver talent and succession initiatives.
