Description
The successful HR Officer will be responsible for:
- End-to-end recruitment
- Advising managers on polices, procedures and lower level ER
- Learning and Development
- Administering the entire employee life-cycle.
Profile
The successful HR Officer will have:
- A good understanding of recruitment- writing adverts, shortlisting, interviewing and setting up interview panels and managing the offer stage
- Previously advised managers on policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
Job Offer
The successful HR Officer can expect a salary between £14-17 per hour.
