An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Advisor to join a top US law firm based in the City of London. Our client, a forward thinking, global and highly successful firm is looking for an experienced and confident Senior HR Advisor to join the team and support the Head of HR. Based in very impressive offices in the heart of the City.

We are looking for a capable individual who can step into the role and be confident in dealing with multiple processes end-to-end without escalating to the Head of HR unless needed. You must have experience in dealing with senior stakeholders and be confident when working with all levels of the business. It is essential you have previous experience working within the Legal Industry and at a similar level:

This is a true generalist role where you will make an impact on the business, driving process efficiencies, managing projects and providing commercial support to your managers. Accountabilities include:

  • Delivering accurate and commercial ER coaching and advice to your business area, including leading on disciplinarians and grievances
  • Supporting with restructures including TUPE and leading redundancy consultations
  • Ensuring the effectiveness of the performance management cycle and involvement in the year-end/annual compensation reviews
    *Reviewing and updating policies and procedures in line with current legislation and best practice
    *Supporting UK and Global HR Partners with MI reports and analysis
    *Advising on talent management and succession planning
    *Leading or supporting on key HR projects :
    *Providing coaching and advice to employees and managers on a wide range of HR queries
    *Providing coaching, advice and support to line managers on ER cases across multiple geographies
    *Working closely with the HR Business Partners assisting with performance management, absence management, family friendly policies and flexible working requests
    *Supervision of new joiner and leaver processes

This is a permanent position looking to pay up to £55,000 with great benefits.
