HR Workforce Information and Systems Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Workforce Information and Systems Officer to join a professional HR Team on a full time, permanent basis.

The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the iTrent integrated system for the HR Department, delivering effective and efficient HR workforce information, working as part of the HR team to provide an effective operational, advisory and support service for the University. The post holder will also act as the HR iTrent system administrator/expert and first point of contact with the University’s IT Services team and the MidlandHR software provider.

The successful applicant will be educated to degree standard (or equivalent) and be working towards CIPD Level 5, with significant experience of working with HR systems and in a HR Systems role. You must also possess excellent IT and data manipulation skills, and be a competent user of a range of software packages for report writing,  with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders to interpret complex requirements and identify strategies to meet those requirements. Experience of iTrent or similar integrated HR and Payroll systems is essential.
