Your new company
Your new company is a high-profile and successful manufacturing company based near Leigh. They are fast-moving and have a strong union presence and due to workload, they are now looking to recruit a HR Advisor for a fixed term contract.
Your new role
Your new role will entail end-to-end HR support on 1st line enquiries, trade union negotiations, occupational health referrals, coaching and mentoring line managers on employee relations and managing your own caseload. You will be looking after recruitment support, HR systems and MI reporting in addition to other ad-hoc duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be preferably a CIPD qualified HR professional able to hit the ground running. You will be a self-starter, having worked previously within a similar capacity. You will have experience within a similar industry or in a unionised environment, handling complex caseloads and confident with your execution of disciplinaries and grievances.
What you'll get in return
Our client is offering a salary of £26k - £30k depending on experience, healthcare, generous pension contribution, buy/sell holidays and more.
