Reward Manager - up to £60,000

AnnapurnaHR are currently working with a leading business who are looking for an innovative Reward Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation who are at the forefront of their industry.

The role is a Reward Manager Role which will involve working with Managers to create and implement a successful Reward Strategy for the organisation. The role will ultimately have the responsibility of providing support and advice to key stakeholders.

The ideal individual will have;

  • Advanced knowledge of the full Reward cycle, especially executive compensation.
  • Experience with administering changing Benefits.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Stakeholders.
