Global services based organisation seeking an experienced Performance Management/ Talent specialist to design and deliver a two year change project.

This position will see you:

  • Design and develop performance management strategy aligned with global people priorities
  • Deliver an org design - specifically a culture change piece
  • Talent mapping and succession planning
  • Partner with L&D to design, deliver and facilitate initiatives that make a vast difference to the capability and confidence of their senior leadership team
  • Drive ER capability through coaching and support
  • Develop HR capability and support the HR teams in the understanding and application of employment law, policies and practices to ensure consistency and manage risk

Your profile:

  • You will be able to demonstrate successful projects in which you designed delivered and embedded performance management strategies
  • Hold a proven track record successfully enabling culture change within a global organisation
  • Have a senior leadership background consisting of employee relations, policy, diversity and inclusion as well as strategic HR
  • Ideally be immediately available and able to commit to a long term project
