With a global client base of circa 2500 employees recruitment is built up of a number of low ego and down to earth recruiters, with a methodical and patient stakeholder management approach. If you are looking for a chance to work in this type of environment and enjoy the operational hands on recruitment piece this could be a great role for you.
As a business they are fast paced and highly political, with a number of engaged and hands on senior leaders. The recruiters are expected to gain buy in and impact the direction of key hires, so somebody with a love for stakeholder management will fit in very well here.
