An exciting HR Manager role has arisen working for a small, and fast-growing Investment Management firm. In this role, you will be a Standalone HR Manager, responsible for setting up and establishing the company's HR function.
Your new role
In your new HR Manager role, you will be overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, and will be responsible for providing consultative, and commercially-minded advice to employees and senior stakeholders around HR policy, employment law and HR-related queries. You will be responsible for centralising the company's recruitment function, will put in place HR policies and procedures, and will take the lead on ER cases. This is a fully generalist HR role with a lean towards recruitment, given the company's growth plans.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new HR Manager role, you will have strong generalist HR experience, ideally gained within Financial Services. You will have a wealth of recruitment experience and will have handled the end-to-end recruitment function across several business areas. Furthermore, you will have strong employment law knowledge and understanding of the employee lifecycle. Experience having handled ER cases and providing HR guidance to employees is crucial, as is having the confidence and ability to work in a standalone HR role.

In return, you will be given the autonomy to set up and establish the HR function for this exciting Investment Management firm, and will receive a competitive £35,000-£40,000, depending on experience.
