The Talent Acquisition will be managing the end to end recruitment process from vacancy approval to selection of the new employee. This will include searching for suitable candidates, applicant screening, coordinating interviews and liaising with both candidate and recruiting manager right through to offer.

Description

  • To build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for business critical roles
  • Maintaining accurate Excel trackers of all recruitment activity
  • Creation and posting of both internal and external job adverts
  • Searching for and screening suitable candidates via multiple channels
  • Establish and enhance positive relationships with internal managers/stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Managing recruitment inbox's and job adverts, ensuring timely review of applications and screening against current vacancies
  • Managing agency PSL - involving regular reviews and quarterly PSL meetings in conjunction with HRBP. Induct new suppliers into the organisation, conduct reviews covering agency performance and feedback on performance
  • In conjunction with HR Administration Manager, produce quarterly recruitment metrics as agreed by HRBP
  • Track monthly recruitment spend and identify potential cost-savings
  • In conjunction with HR Business Partner/Advisor, develop clear job specifications and salary ranges (based on internal salary range and market benchmarking)
  • Provide training and coaching to line managers/hiring managers on recruitment policies and procedures and ensure all managers are following the correct procedures
  • Support HRBP/Advisor with succession planning/internal moves and talent assessments to promote career development
  • Manage the Graduate and Internship recruitment process
  • Management of ATS

Profile

* In-house recruitment experience, ideally having previously recruited within FMCG/Retail or Technology Service Provider space
* Experienced in managing high volumes of recruitment, simultaneously recruiting differentiating roles across multiple departments
* Strong team player fostering strong working relationships across teams and departments
* Highly self-motivated, accountable and committed, with well-developed decision making skills
* Ability to interact with virtual teams and strong cultural awareness
* Excellent IT Skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Highly numerate with excellent problem solving skills and consistently solutions focused
* Resilient and adaptable to business changes
