Our client, a leading digital startup, are hiring a Technical Recruiter as they continue their high growth journey. This role will have a particular focus on Software Engineering with good exposure of ML, AI, Mobile and Product.
The role, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, will be part of a talent team sourcing the top software engineers in the industry. You will also advise hiring managers on best practice and industry trends, as well as collaborate on best hiring strategies.
- Directly source the best talent within the Software and technical space
- Collaborate with leadership to develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilise a variety of resourcing tools including X-Ray, GitHub, Stackoverflow to source the best talent on the market
- Set up technical events and meet ups to represent the brand across the market and build the company brand
- Advise managers on hiring and develop effective interview practices
- Clear and demonstrable successful Technical Recruitment background.
- Have a passion and knowledge of different technologies and understand software/ technical terminology
- Have an established network of Software Engineers and technology specialists
- Knowledgeable of using different sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Experience working collaboratively in a team and build strong relationships at all levels.
- Great organisational and communication skills
