Diversity and Well-Being Manager (0.6)

The role of Diversity and Well-Being manager is a newly created post within the HR&OD department. The post holder will work closely within the team to help realise our vision of recruiting, developing and retaining skilled staff with an emphasis on an increase in the diversity of our workforce.
You would have worked in a similar role and have a strong commitment to equality, diversity and staff well-being. You will help to create a renewed culture, propose new strategies, enhance our appeal as employers of choice and lead a newly created team of well-being and diversity champions. You will need to demonstrate how you’ve made an impact in this area within your current or previous role.
