Job Title – Senior HR Advisor

Location – London Bridge, with travel across London and some sites outside of London also (you will be out of the office 2-3 days per week)

Contract type – Permanent

You will be supporting one of the HRBPs look after two key divisions and will be given an opportunity to move your career towards the HRBP role over the next year or two.

What will be keeping you busy?

Our client, a large, well-known organisation based in London and with sites around the country, is looking for a generalist HR professional with experience of managing complex ER casework and TUPE projects (that are fairly straightforward) as they are a business that continues to win major contracts. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a great client at a time of real change.

Who are we looking for?

They need someone that has worked within HR for at least 5 years probably more and who has a real track record of managing TUPE and transformation work from an HR perspective. The successful candidate will have experience of the following:

  • Management of TUPE work
  • Management of consultation processes
  • ER case work ideally within the service sector
  • Contract negotiations and a strong understanding of legal frameworks
  • Transformation communications
  • Change Management
  • Compensation and Benefits (some understanding might be useful)
  • Learning and Development (useful)
  • Project management experience

This is a regional role based in London with some travel across the country. It is likely that you will be out of the office around 2-3 days per week. Mostly in and around London but there will be times when you will venture further out across the country. You need to be happy to travel.

You will need to be someone that is a self-starter who can prioritise your work effectively and is happy working in a stand-alone capacity. In return you will get to work on really interesting projects with a great business and some fantastic colleagues.
