A large Housing Association based in Central London are looking for a HR Shared Services Team Leader to join the organisation on a fixed term basis through to January 2019. The organisation recently merged with another Housing Association therefore support is required during this busy time of change.

The HR Shared Services Team Leader will lead a team of 4 HR Assistants, and collectively, will deliver an effective and efficient HR Service to all business units. The position will have overall accountability for process, policy implementation and offering solutions across HR.

The successful candidate Will have previous experience in a Shared Service environment with experience of managing HR teams with a good knowledge of HR administration processes and delivering customer focused outcomes.

The organisation has recently gone through a period of change, merging with a similar organisation to make a single, stronger Housing Association the to the local community. The role will be busy and varied and the role is offered on a fixed term contract basis through to January 2019.
