Widely regarded locally, this medical institution leads in terms of the service it provides. Their prestigious sites offer exclusive services throughout the UK. They are experiencing growth and looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to join their team on a 12 month FTC basis.

Your new role
As a core member of the HR team, you will be responsible for both strategic and operational aspects of the recruitment process. From proactively seeking out candidates and support staff, networking, leading recruitment events to delivering recruitment & selection training courses you will be involved throughout the process. Additionally, you will be undertaking regular salary surveys, assisting with on boarding and devising the recruitment strategy to enhance the recruitment process.

What you'll need to succeed
Extensive experience as an in-house, HR or agency recruiter is an essential. Previous experience of managing the full end to end recruitment process is also an added advantage. Understanding of employment law and its relation to recruitment and selection. Knowledge of immigration and Home Office processes and its relevance to the healthcare sector. Excellent computer skills will also be beneficial.

What you'll get in return
