You will be responsible for supporting managers in delivering business objectives, through the provision of people management.
- Coaching managers in all aspects of HR related issues including staff discipline, absence and performance management
- Provide a HR advisory service to all managers
- Manage all casework effectively
- Resource planning activities with line managers
- Support on job evaluations and other reward activities
- Implementing and explaining policies and procedures
- MCIPD qualified or working towards
- Supporting change management programmes
- Knowledge of OD tools and techniques
- Proven experience of coaching managers
- Able to manage and progress a varied caseload and where to escalate.
