A large organisation in Belfast has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their rapidly growing HR department.
Your new role
Using your employee relations expertise, you will train and advise management and the HR team on a range of ER fields including recruitment, investigations, discipline and grievance, policy and all employment issues particularly when cases could be classed as complex or high risk. You will be responsible for writing and updating all employment related policies and creating and maintaining the employee handbook as well as creating and maintaining all compliance reports and analytics on recruitment and employee relations.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to hold a third level qualification, be CIPD accredited and have at least 2 years post qualification experience in a similar role. You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills and have a strong working knowledge of HR management systems. You will have extensive experience of NI/ GB Employment Law / ROI Employment Law, Case Management & Tribunal Preparation.
