The OD Manager will join a large HR during a period of significant change. Not only in the HR model shifting more towards HRSS, but also the organisation as a whole are facing significant people challenges.

Description
The OD Manager will join a large HR during a period of significant change. Not only in the HR model shifting more towards HRSS, but also the organisation as a whole are facing significant people challenges.
The OD Manager will report into the Head of HR, where you will support on key OD projects including: workforce planning, migration to shared service and HRIS projects. You will also manage one of the teams due to migrate over to a shared services and support in the development and implementation. The role will not have case-management responsibilities, apart from sitting on appeals panels.
Profile
The OD Manager will:
- be MCIPD qualified (or equivalent)
- have significant OD projects experience including restructure, workforce planning, changes in operating model
- coaching experience within & outwith the HR team
- people management experience
- experience driving change
Job Offer
£42,000pa with good public sector benefits.
