Within the Global HR Team and reporting to the HR Development Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop compensation and benefits budgets/policies/procedures with a global strategy and conform to specific objectives
  • Ensure global deployment, communication and continuous improvement of C&B processes, policies and programs
  • Manage the company's Salary Planning Process & Policies
  • Build, implement and monitor the company Job Grading system
  • Review and design the company Bonus plan (management, sales...)
  • Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits when requested by the HR organization
  • Lead and coordinate market salary survey analysis
  • Pilot the company car policy
  • Review and design International Assignment policy
  • Evaluate and harmonize employee benefits
  • Lead & support the deployment of harmonized global and regional payroll systems and procedures
  • Define and monitor payroll procedure and guarantee integrity & compliance of our payroll process globally
  • Lead payroll systems harmonization globally
  • Strive for continuous process improvement in payroll systems, processes and procedures

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as Compensation & Benefits expert in a global organization
  • Project Management experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player
  • Result-driven
  • Fluent in English
