Payroll Consultant

Payroll Consultant - £250-350 per day - 3-6 months - East London

My client is a leading brand at the forefront of luxury.

Due to a new hire, they are in pursuit of a Payroll Consultant to join their team on a 3-6 month assignment.

To be considered successful, the ideal candidate must -

have solid knowledge of U.K. payroll and benefits and regulatory requirements

experience of leading and conducting an in depth pension audit, recommending and implementing actions

experience of reviewing a payroll model e.g. Inhouse vs outsourced from research phase through to implementation

knowledge and experience of setting up and running payroll processes for share options and RSU's

strong project management skills

workday integration advantageous (not essential)

excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

consultative and confident approach
